We deliver within Australia at completely no charge!

Please let us know if you need express posting, this may incur an additional cost.

Once your order is complete, shipping information and a unique tracking code will be emailed enabling our customers to track the progress of their delivery. You can track this by typing the shipment reference number into the search box


As a general rule, East Coast destinations 2 - 5 days. West Coast 5 - 10 days.  


We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if you are not, we will refund or exchange for you provided the item is in original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. 

Please email us at tam@eatpawsplay.com.au to advise us you are returning the item and if you would like a refund or exchange for another. We will arrange a return postage label so the item can be returned to us when able. We will send you an email once we receive the returned item and aim to process your return within 2 business days of receipt.  


Faulty Goods

All items are checked by us before preparing your order for packing. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund your cost of the item.
